Pre-Defined Queries

Pre-defined queries can be used to identify:

·         Components the user's company has registered (Date range allowed)

·         Components Associated to user's Equipment (Date range allowed)

·         Components the user has associated in the past 90 days.

Results are always sent as a zipped CSV file attached to an e-mail.

To begin, select Component Registry>Pre-Defined Query. The Pre-Defined Query panel is displayed (Exhibit 87).

Make criteria selections.

Note:   Component Type can be set to Bolster, Coupler, Sideframe, or Wheelset.

 

Select Submit (Exhibit 88).

A success message is displayed (Exhibit 89).

The e-mail contains a zip CSV file (Exhibit 90).

Exhibit 90. Pre-Defined Query E-Mail (with zipped CSV file attached).

Double-clicking the file within the e-mail opens the zip file in a file list. Double-click again to extract in spreadsheet application (e.g., Excel).
