Request Counts for Query

If the user selects Count, the query is executed, but only the number of records matching the criteria is displayed (Exhibit 55). No details are provided. This can be used to provide counts to purchasing departments for parts ordering, scheduling inspections, or estimating vendor service needs, etc.
