Batch Expiring Hazmat Codes

Here is how to batch expire Hazmat Codes.

1. Perform a query for the Hazmat codes that you want to expire (see Querying by Hazmat Criteria).

2. On the Hazmat Search Results page, select the listed Hazmat code(s) to be expired and select Batch Expire. The Batch Expire Hazmat Codes page is displayed showing all codes associated with your selection.

Note:   If only one portion of the code needs to be retained, unselect its checkbox before proceeding.

3. Perform one of the processing options shown in Exhibit 39.
